"Truncated Lives" is a journey to the past, but also to the present.
From 1971 until now, police excesses in Catalonia have claimed 42 lives. The causes are varied: trigger-happy, deaths in demonstrations, mistreatment... Only in a few cases they have been clarified and justice has been done. During the same period in the whole Spain, there have been 165 mortal victims. "Truncated lives, stories of impunity" is a journey to the past, but also to the present. A journey through five stories of abuses, wrongdoings and tortures by the security forces.
