"From bed to bed" is a 3x60’ tv serie of divulgation and entertainment that wants to raise awareness among people about the importance of sleeping well to live better. " From bed to bed " is a journey where we will explore the problems and difficulties of people to rest correctly. "From bed to bed" will show the public what are the main diseases that affect people's sleep. We will see how sleep is managed when you live in Finland, a place with a little level of light during six months and much the rest of the year, what should be done in long-haul airlifts and how the industrial revolution and light electricity have changed our way of resting and sleeping.
